I ordered the GF PLUS today and I need to cancel. I have been trying to find where to do that on their website. There is no option for it! I went to the glowforge.com/cancel-pre-order & it just took me to the normal page. PLEASE HELP! I cannot afford to have that come out of my account!
Try contacting support through the chat feature, it’s typically the quickest way to get a response, they should be able to connect you to the appropriate person/department.
