I think a fan may not be working?

I started an engrave and is very quiet I think maybe a fan may not be working? How do I know what may be the problem?

Can you check if the external filter option is selected or not? If its grey it will use the internal fan and will be loud like normal. If you have no external fan or filter it should be grey. The option is at the top of the dashboard it looks like a gear symbol

Thank you I totally figured it out once you said the Compact Filter attached, I did turn this on by mistake. thank you again so much! :slight_smile:
