On powering on the Glowforge (pro), the idle fan spins to maximum and will not slow down, even after completing a print. There are no temperature warnings and ambient temp stays within safe operating range. The machine still works, but noise and wear and tear are an issue. The problem has been ongoing for a few days now, any fixes would be great.
Can you take a short video showing what you’re seeing and hearing?
People have a lot of luck posting the video to YouTube (usually unlisted) , or to Google Drive.
