This is why I’ve been looking into a different laser. Glowforge staff are probably not even in today to get this fixed, which means I have money to refund people… this sucks.

Having the same issue here, this is the error message I got is it the same issue? I’ve submitted a help ticket but am losing out on time for orders on my day off.
