I’m having an issue with my art not being fully completed by Glowforge. I have tried ignoring all layers except the ones not completing. It will not cut the layer. I’m using AI for creating the art and exporting to SVG using the suggested settings.
Any ideas what might be going on here?

A picture of the failed print would be helpful. As you know, the Glowforge interface does not recognize layers, but instead works with different colors.

If any piece of the art it outside the cutting area the entire preview will turn grey - that’s your indication that it will not be processed.
I’ll ech @dklgood that a pic might help us understand better.
