highly frustrated we are trying to print for a fund raiser tomorrow and have been trying to but cant get past Preparing print, have been dealing with this for almost 2 hours
Can you share the file. It could be the problem and someone here may be able to help.

The preparing stage takes just a few seconds, any more and it is likely something about the file, as stated.

if you can share the file. the crew around here knows a bazillion ways to detect problems in the file.
The servers cannot “detect” a problem. they just attempt to grind through the SVG until it reaches the end. if there is some confusing code(to the server), or corrupted file, that sends the processing into an endless loop. you would see this effect.
