I know you have seen tons of Disney stuff around etsy and printerest, BUT…
The greyish area is personal usage. No one is going to knock on your door and confiscate that large Goofy cutout in the kids room.
You start mass producing them and selling to the public though, then you have crossed a line and entered an area where they play rough.
I advise staying clear of Disney products and NFL. They both can get very serious in coming down on you for making//selling stuff that they own the rights to.
