I open the lens stack on inside the print head to clean it, there are 2 lens and 2 black spaces, i dont know what order to put them back in and i’m having touble cutting please help

that’s not supposed to come apart…most likely you’d need to buy a new one.
If you mean a different part, can you post a picture?

Oh my, it looks like you took apart the focus camera lens assembly which was never ment to be disassembled by us. I’d suggest opening a support ticket.

Agreed. At this point, I’d wager the head is a total write off—don’t see how the focus camera could ever be correctly calibrated even if reassembled.

Contact Wiregrass Made - the only Glowforge authorized repair shop. They have a video showing the printhead assembly (it does not include the parts you have questions about), but they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their Etsy shop also sells printheads in case you want to replace yours.
