International Delivery - UK 01 March 18

Think I’ll have to ring UPS so we are clear where we all stand and charges are not being erroneously asked of people. Hopefully just an error. Either way it would have been nice if :glowforge: could have responded.

Got off the phone with UPS (3 times after being given different numbers) and I think, I can’t be sure as it’s just a feeling, I think I have lost a bit of my soul.

Pillar to post and still nothing. Ultimately UPS have asked me to contact Glowforge and the amount of time this has taken so far is really not worth it, but I’m in the rabbit hole now, may as well see where it goes……………
