The early boxes were pretty much destructible shock absorbers. No hard edge protection, no extra sealing tape, no banding. Most of the boxes arrived pretty banged up. Should I need to send the unit back, would give it a 50/50 chance of arriving more damaged than it leaves home.

14th of July now and delivery date on my account still says July 31, 2019 (been changed umpteen times already), am I being over optimistic for Hong Kong delivery when Canada just starting to receive them now?

Cant help feeling Dejavu - just over one month out from the Shipping Date (Aug 31) checking daily to see if it move three months forward. Iāve lost track of the number of bumps and disappointments since backing it on day 2 of the original crowdfund campaign.
It would be good to know if any progress has been made with Australia. Itās been years!!!
what is going on Dan, my shipment late again, last time it was promised april 2019 and I make the order 2016 and it keeping getting late again and again, if you are not planing to send it and just buying time so we could forget or die or what? I never dealt with a US company doing the same, they are keeping there promise all the time, please just tell us the truth.

@Dan my delivery date is July 31st it is now August 5th. No email, no updates no nothing. I know Iām not the only international customer that has been waiting for YEARS! I have watched my date change more times than I can count so you can only imagine how frustrating it is to watch it creep towards my date and for once it doesnāt change at the last moment to then pass it by with no update of any kind.
Please I beg of you give us an update! Are our machines coming? Is there a new updated date? Please give us something.
