Hi, I received the email for update my address for shipping but when input my address and click next. It shown me a error
“It looks like you’ve selected a country that’s different than what you originally selected when you purchased your Glowforge. Unfortunately, we can’t change that for you automatically. Please contact us at support@glowforge.com to make this update and we’ll get your Glowforge on its way to you.”
After email glowforge support until now still no reply…
