Inventables Gift certificate fail said $0.00 balance

I did order Inventables Gift certificate 50.00 with code last week , and it show 0.00 balance. then I email to Inventables about code from Glowforge. I got email from Inventables it said

Hi David,

It looks like this gift code was used by a different customer in December, which likely means that Glowforge may have sent out the wrong code to you. Can you reach out their customer service for a new code?

Send email to support@glowforge.com. They’ve been quick to send out new gift certificates to other people who have had problems.
