I am so dissappointed. Glowforge management is not able to provide invoice. I have a glowforge on hold and I am paying heavy charges for the import. Why can’t you guys provide a invoice or proper receipt ??

You should be able to pull it up online.
Go to: https://glowforge.com/settings/purchase-history
and you should see exactly what you have purchased.

I am sorry that the invoice we sent didn’t meet your needs; I believe we’ve gotten it taken care of by email, so closing this thread.
