Is app.glowforge.com slow / broken today?

Edit page loads.
Choosing a material thickness hangs the page for >5 min.
Changing cut->engrave hangs the page for >5 min.
Tried two computers, two ISPs.
Are others seeing this too?

Server issue? Software update issue?
Any idea when it’ll be fixed? We need to cut a few things in the next 6 hours - time-sensitive.

I saw it last week. Log out of the app and the forum, on however many devices you have it opened on. Log back in on one app and it might clear up for you. (Yes, I know that logging out in one place is supposed to log us out everywhere, but last week it didn’t.)

Mine is working just like normal (fine).

You might want to try pinging app.glowforge.com , or performing a traceroute to app.glowforge.com to see if perhaps the problem is somewhere between your computer and whichever GF server you are being connected to.
