I downloaded firefox and was able too get it running that way

Neither is working for me. I even tried Firefox. So frustrated. I just got my machine today. Iā€™ve been trying for hours to get it going. Iā€™m already ready to return it. Sorryā€¦venting.

i just got my pc up and running I have windows 10 with explore and I checked for update installed them and I am up and running on both mac and pc

Weā€™ve made a change that should resolve this issue across all browsers. @johne758 (and everyone else on this thread), thank you so much for your help troubleshooting this with us.

@robinnreed, if youā€™re still having trouble getting up and running, Iā€™d be more than happy to look into that for you. However, we try to keep it to one issue at a time on these threads.
