I sent an email but just checking to see if this is something I can fix myself. I just received my replacement last week. It sounded different than the new one but worked. Sometimes it would make a grinding noise but today it sounds really bad and the tube tilted to the right. The belt isn’t broke but is very loose.
I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve run into a problem so soon after receiving your replacement unit. Fortunately, this is likely something you can resolve yourself by Adjusting The Side Belt Tension .
