I’m trying to print from the web interface, but I can’t get any camera image at all from my machine (no error code indicating a cable malfunction or anything, just zero response like the machine is off) and all of my saved designs are loading as gibberish. The wifi is strong, speed test is 393 Mb down/42 Mb up, but the app can’t communicate with the machine and I can’t load my designs. I’ve cycled power, refreshed bed image multiple times, and cleared browser cache (which caused the gibberish to turn invisible but still no designs loading). Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions?
Ordinarily I’d just wait and try again later, but I’m trying to get orders out the door so I want to diagnose as quickly as possible in case it’s something on my end.

EDIT: Weirdly, it does still give me the option to print, which suggests it has some link to the machine… I just can’t see what I’m printing or what it’s printing on.
