I have been trying since yesterday to do a design that I have done numerous times before. The site is lagging so bad I can’t update the design to get it to do anything.
I have recycled my modem, (Starlink) and have had no luck getting it to work.
Other sites seem to be working just fine.

I suggest you clear your cache and/or use a different browser. When the Glowforge site seems laggy, it is usually an individual user issue rather than the servers.
I’ve been using my Glowforge and also my Aura today without any problems. The only thing I noticed was that the animated graphic that plays while the Magic Canvas thing is calculating, seems not to be playing. I still got the AI designs, just no animation.
