It’s hard to tell, but offhand it looks as if you’re off the printable edges of the bed. I see also that you’re at 200% zoom. Have you tried with the piece in the middle of the bed and with the thickness for unknown material properly entered, because that will affect apparent size as well.

Yeah there is not enough info for Support to determine a problem. What is the thickness of the material and is it entered properly? They would also ask what Browser and even what version of Browser as determined by whatismybrowser.com
But that aside. Any debugging will involve the use of Proofgrade. They know the thickness of that material and would not need to depend on our measurements.
