Are there really so many issues with everyone’s GF that it takes days for Support to fix an issue? Contacting support through Live chat is a joke because they can’t fix issues they are just receptionists for Tech Support.

Support prioritizes cases so if your machine is down, you’ll get expedited help, whereas if you have a question or small concern, it might take the full length of time. Posting here in Problems and Support creates a ticket that they have to look at, though, so it can slow things down when people post random things here, or if they send an email AND post here.


There are only so many support staff, and more support tickets are being opened all the time. Not all of them are actual problems with the machine.
