When i first say it, my first thought was that something like it would be a good way to get rid of of some colored foam I have. I didn’t notice that it had adhesive on one side when i bought them. It cuts well enough with the laser with some shrinkage from the heat, but I have not experimented with speed or laser level. I have been wanting to tell people about the material for awhile. There are two sizes that I have, the first is 8.8in by 11.8in (allowing you to trim it down to letter size), and the second size is 5.5in by 8.8in. the current links are;
If you have colored foam that you like, you could use it and 3M 468MP adhesive film. The stuff is what they use to hold feet on electronic gadgets. This link is one example, there are others that are probably cheaper.
Since they are foam, you can use them as pin boards.

The latest one was sized just for it! It will reside on my counter with recipes inside I made some decals for it as well in graffiti of course one says dinner is served haha.
