I just want to say that if you are not USA, but for example French as me, there is no support

You get the same support options as everyone: Open a support request in Problems and Support or email them. This is the only support option available for anyone. Support is taking a couple of days to get back to everyone.


Unfortunately, we only provide support in English. @ben1, thank you for the clarification.
