James Bond DB5 Project

I am a big James Bond Fan so when Lego came out with his Aston Martin DB5 I couldn’t resist. This is a really cool Lego car, has all the necessities that Bond needed to include the front guns and the ejector seat. When I got it completed I figured i need a way to display it without having to dust every little nook and cranny.

The base is made from Medium PG Cherry and the case is from PG Medium Clear Acrylic. The car sits on a piece of PG Frosted Acrylic. I noticed after I took of the tape off the acrylic was scratched in spots so I’ll need to make another one but it works for now…

Not a Lego nor Bond fan, but that looks like an awesome display case.
I understand about the scratches. No one will probably ever notice or say anything about them, but once YOU have seen them, the eye remembers.

Good plan to think about ‘how do I clean this’ before it is needed.
It is usually my wife that says, “pretty, how am I going to clean it?”
