"Jaws" woodcut

I wish I could credit the original artist, because it’s an amazing piece of work. A while back I stumbled across a tiny photo of this online and thought it was neat, so I saved it.

Enter the Glowforge. I spent more than a few hours cleaning up and enlarging the photo, then did a test print on draft board

I then once again maxed out my basic at 11" for the final engrave on acrylic. Inverted for the dark wall behind it to show through, it looks awesome. Credit to where it’s due - the unknown original artist.

That acrylic version pops. It’s perfect for that bathroom

BTW, the artist is Brian Reedy out of Miami. He’s an art teacher who specializes in wood/lino/block prints: https://www.etsy.com/shop/WoodcutEmporium or https://www.instagram.com/brianreedy
