Just received my glowforge and It doesn't seem to work :(

I just the glow forge plus but I keep receiving a safety interlock in the back is open… I can’t seem to find then. Then if I attempt to do anything using the iPhone app it constantly claims it’s collaborating the head… but that’s it. I’m becoming so disappointed and frustrated. can anyone give me any ideas to make this work???

You’ll have to wait on support for this one. It seems one other Plus recently had an interlock warning. The interlock is a feature on the Pro. Don’t want to speculate on why the warning is being thrown on the Plus, but if the last one was a go by, they will be replacing the unit.

I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble with your new Glowforge. Unfortunately, this is a problem that can’t be resolved remotely. I’ll send an email shortly to sort out the details regarding a replacement.
