I put a piece of wood into my glowforge and it was warped and curved upwards… I thought it would be alright, but it knocked the whole carriage off track! How can I correct it?
Turn it off, push the gantry all the way back and then turn it back on and let it calibrate

Particularly @Tom_A and @cindyhodesigns replies. As Tom says there, feel free to wait for official word from Support, but it looks like righting it manually, slowly, carefully has worked on at least two occasions.
