Lagging issues still

I have reached out to support due to lagging issues and have yet to receive any response from anyone. I continue to have these problems and don’t know what to do.
It is truly holding up business and I have to sometimes wait for 20 to 30 minutes just to get the screen to move.
I’ve completed all updates, refreshed the screen, rid my library of any files, just in case those were damaged or corrupt, and much more.
Can anyone please advise me on what to do?

As they are already working with you via email, you need to continue working with them via email. Posting here again won’t make them respond sooner. It is more likely to slow things down as this opens a new support ticket.

If you don’t have their email, I would check your spam folder.
