Hey community! Recently I had a blockage in the air assist fan and it caused a mini fire. I luckily caught it before any big damage was done. I went ahead and replaced EVERY part imaginable (belts, lid cable, all wheels, printer head window, laser head window, printer head mirror and air assist fan). Even though I have replaced every part my laser engraves with a slight miss in accuracy. Any guesses on what may be causing this. As you can tell on the image the lettering isn’t quite locked in. I used the New rocker font on the glowforge font options
My guess is that the belt tension is incorrect.
