My glowforge arm and laser head is not moving. It somehow gets past centering and focusing in the warmup (again, no movement on the head or arm) but it gets stuck on homing.
My machine is old with too many hours on it for me to even guess. I checked all the wires and connections and while dirty… they seem to be all connected and okay.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
I have two machines and I just experienced neither getting past homing, no gantry or head movement either. I’m wondering if GF is having a network issue on their end. This is a sudden issue exclusive to today.

They’ve acknowledged it in the Discord chat, which I had to join just to see if there were problems. Something about their Cloudfair servers are down.
