Assuming that you were asking about the knives, it looks like they are made by Kershaw knives:
and sold by a huge number of local stores (see their dealer locator).

I forgot to come back and mention, that probably the main reason I wasn’t getting the etch was because the lense was upside down and at an angle. I mirror aligned to compensate, but the power was diffused by the focus. I had just ramped up more power on the wood stuff.
I never got a chance to try this again with the Chinese redsail clone I have since winter set in. But I will be back to this in spring or glowforge, whichever comes first ^_^.
