My laser head is moving but the laser is not functioning. I have shut down and tried a Glowforge project with no luck. I have disconnected and reconnected the white ribbon with no luck. Any ideas?

What is your power setting set to? Are you using proof grade settings or custom?

Thanks for checking in! I did not touch the power settings at all. Just clicked on my material and went with the custom settings.

If you have spare stuff around to try a Gift Of Good Measure on, it’s what Support will usually ask you to test with using their settings to make sure it is a hardware issue and not a software setting somewhere.
Just stupid check to make sure the setting in the power didn’t get reset to 1. We’ve all done this at some point.
Also, one of the co2 machines or the little diode aura machines?

Same here.
It was working fine 2 days ago when it was last on. Cam in today and nothing no cutting scoring or engraving on medium draftboard settings.
I have given it a good clean including the lenses and no damage showing. All connections look good.
My machine is coming up on 2 so I suspect that the tube may have gone but I am waiting to hear from support.
@ms_glowforge1 were you able to find resolution for this?
