Has anyone had the issue where the laser head is moving but not engraving? It stopped yesterday I have calibrated it and nothing
Check a couple things out…1) that you don’t have two images stacked on each other…and 2) that your power setting didn’t default to ‘1’.

no everything is good, after attempted engrave being unsucessful the power button turns yellow

I would try to print the gift of good measure just to be sure.

Yellow generally means that the laser has lost connection with the head. If it’s too cold in the room that can cause it - or a loose connection - or broken wire.
Temp is easy to check, for the rest you’re going to want to start at the head and make sure the connections are tight, and inspect for bends/breaks anywhere in the cable.
