I have been working on Christmas projects for the past week. Today I began a project and the laser is not working. No activity in the tube.
I have taken each step in the checklist. I thoroughly according to directions. Checked all the connections.
Now the head is not even moving and I get the response attached.
I have orders and other items I need to get done.
Hopefully you’ve contacted support, they can look at your logs and try to determine what the issue is.
I get this message all the time and my machine is fairly new, but prints just fine. I’ve seen people suggest moving the head under the lid camera before powering on, but I’ve never done that. Just power cycling has always worked.
Keep in mind these machines have a limited lifespan. If this is the same machine as when you joined this forum, yours may need to be replaced.
