My laser stopped cutting in the middle of a project. Everything on the machine continued as normal however there was no laser firing. I have tried different files and different material. Refreshing the browser, turning the machine off and on, cleaning mirrors and lenses and yet it still won’t cut. Anyone have any ideas what is going on?
Ick, that’s frustrting. Are you getting a temperature warning, or any kind of error message on the screen? Is the button changing color?
Support will ask you to print the Gift of Good Measure using default settings on the provided Medium Draftboard and post pictures of the result. As it is likely you won’t see anything on the material, note the time of your attempt and they will check the logs.
It’s likely your machine will need to be returned, but support will determine that if necessary.
