I did a cut with engrave. The engrave was done the cut was not I ran it again and the head moved but no cut was made. This was directly after an engrave that went perfectly
Did you check the settings for the cut? Sometimes the power gets set to 1 and then it won’t cut.

I’m not sure how it happens but it does seem to happen a lot. Possibly a bug in the software. 
A feature actually. That way you don’t change your material and have too much power. You are a lot less likely to start a fire at 1% than at 100+%

It would be better if instead of silently changing the power to 1 they would highlight it red or something and have you go in and click a “this is still the correct value” button next to each power setting that needs to be checked.

They do this too, Highlighting with white squares places likely to overcook and ask if you really want to do this. My experience is that it tends to be a bit over-cautious, but if all is white squares there needs to be a rethink. Mostly this happens when the cutout is very intricate vs changing your material and using the same custom settings.
