I have had no issues until tonight when i was scoring a project and it just stopped firing, the mirror is clean and not damage. I have tried to cut the gift of measure but noting happens.
That sounds like something that the support team will want to check your logs for. It might help them to know the Time and Time Zone of the print where you had the problem, so they can find it quickly.

Posting here opens a ticket, that goes into a queue in their support system. They respond when your ticket is next to be picked up, in order with all tickets submitted here and by email. Typically, within one business day.
They don’t “browse” the forum looking for problems.
