My laser stopped cutting mid cut. Its not firing but the head still moves. I’ve checked lenses, mirrors, and the machine was cleaned yesterday as well. I shut everything down several times and tried again. Still nothing today. There was also a lot of bubbles running down the tube during most of this last night.
Try to print the gift of good measure using default settings on the provided spare draftboard, and report back, noting the time of the print.
Support can check the logs to confirm everything. It’s likely the machine will need to be repaired.
Okay I just tried doing that and nothing still. Used the draft board on default settings and cut was attempted at 10:35 EST
That’s pretty much all you can do now until support checks in.
