Engraved multiple things yesterday, was working fine then all of a sudden tube wouldn’t fire. Do t see any purple in the tube like before. Everything moves and settings have been checked. Took apart and cleaned all lenses, air assist, etc. still not firing.
If it’s not settings (you checked for sure that power is not 0), you’ll need to contact Glowforge support. There are no user-serviceable parts for a tube or power supply failure.
