This is 110 lb card stock from Michael’s. I used a speed of 250 and a power of 25. It tends to leave a very thin layer of paper that is perforated. I can then just pop the cut pieces out.

What a great idea to layer designs in Altoids tins! I love playing with tins, this opens up a whole new realm.
