Layered Swordfish

I was so encouraged by all the responses and suggestions on my first design that I decided to try again.
This swordfish is 6 layers of stained BB at 20.5"w x 12"h which required a specific layout to cut out of a 19.5" x 11" work area (had to go diagonal from top corner to bottom opposite corner). I believe I pushed the limits on details for the coral and seaweed being that small. Also didn’t feel like engraving the fishing line so I cut some nylon cord and glued it at the ends to let it come off the canvas.
I’m still nowhere close to being a designer but it is getting fun!

This is a really great touch, the whole thing is really nice and I love the fact you made it as big as you could by playing with a diagonal layout.
