Leaf collar necklace

With snow falling today, I think I started to miss fall. I made this “go away snow” aka “fall necklace” today. I used cork fabric, laser safe leatherette for the backing, paint pens, spray glitter and maple plywood for the maple leaves. Unfortunately it’s still snowing and it didn’t make winter go away. I tried ya’ll. Lol!

Just fooling around. Now back to making snowmen earrings. :christmas_tree: vs :maple_leaf:.

The woman in the picture does not look thrilled with the peice, but I think it is really nice! Terrific work!

I just ordered leather to try out  I trained to be a silversmith a lifetime ago, so I’m excited to try this out!
