This is a 138 sided Zonohedrified Rhombicuboctahedron. The base layer is 1/8" maple plywood, covered with thin multi-colored leather. The 252 face pieces are connected by 556 screws into 74 3D Printed Internal Connectors. Measuring approximately ~13.45" in Diameter. Polyhedral was created using Stella4D, with the internal connectors designed in Fusion 360.

I’m not smart enough to figure out what they’re supposed to be called. Maybe stella is just making them up.
Do that up in a simple black and white pattern and you could have the least forgiving soccer ball ever!
