There’s always a chance I did something wrong but I’m pretty confident that I didn’t.
Either way, I can’t fill orders right now and there’s nothing I can do about it until I hear back from someone.
And then I have to stress that they’re going to make me send the whole machine back delaying production even more.
Fingers crossed they can send me a new printer head promptly and I can be on my way.
I seem to recall at least one that this happened after a cleaning and incorrect re-install too. It happens
I don’t think you need to stress about that. I’d bet the chance is almost 0. I think worst case is they have to send you a new head assembly. Best case, lenses and or mirrors.
