The front section became detached several months ago and the LED plug was broken as well when it happened. But I could still use it being extra careful. Now the back has completely detached as well, all connections. Help.
That’s certainly no fun. You can either send it back to GF for repair (free if you’re in warranty, no clue how much if you’re not) or try to glue it back together youreself. At least one forum member reported doing so successfully - use the search function above, there was a fair amount of discussion.

While most modifications void the warranty, I can give you permission to glue it back together yourself. It’s not a repair we support, so I don’t have any specific advice.
If you’d prefer that we replace your unit, we are happy to do that.
If you want to go with the replacement route, could you please send me some photos of the lid becoming detached?
