Did that just happen or is that a new machine?
It’s not unusual to have a slight amount of warp in the glass, and have it be a little bit higher on one side than the other, but you don’t want that front handle to come unglued. Support will need to take a look at it.

The machine is not new, it will be 2 years old, it happened working, when lifting the lid the glass detached
Bummer… so the glue failed. They’ll be able to tell you what comes next. (We don’t get the details.)
Yes, I’m worried, I’m in another country, sending it to fix it would be very expensive

I mean… what would happen if you just smooshed some liquid nails in there or something and tried to glue it down yourself? It’s not like the glowforge is completely airtight anyway.
Insert obligatory “probably don’t do this, it’s maybe a terrible idea and voids a warranty that expired a year ago” disclaimer.
