“Lid Open” After All Troubleshooting

I have been cutting acrylic all day. I went to load my next cut and the lid open message was there. I’ve done all the troubleshooting in the support articles but it’s not going away. Since Glowforge still doesn’t have after hours help, I’m hoping someone here can help

Fix from a friend. “Unplug for a few minutes. Then before I plug it back in and turn it on, I open the lid and center the laser head under the camera. Then I turn on the glowforge and wait a few minutes before closing it”

It worked like charm!
