I have already done all the troubleshooting I can. I emailed support and waiting for them to get back to me. Does anyone know where the sensor is located that triggers the glowforge into knowing if the lid is opened or closed.
There is a ribbon connection at the back of the lid that can cause that effect if it gets stressed or comes loose. A bit of checking and some pictures of it posted can shorten the time of resolution.

That’s already been done at all the connection points, everything looks good.
Also the front drop down door will trigger a lid opening error if it is not fully contacting the magnets.
