So our Glowforge Pro has also gotten the Lid Open problem. Has anybody actually managed to fix this? If so how?

Does anybody have a picture of where the actual sensors are on the lid?

I have read through earlier threads, cleaned everything, checked the 5 connectors to the black connector cable, removed the “soft parts”, tested without the tray and restarted many times but still no luck.

Anybody have any advice?

I think it’s usually a black cable issue. You’ve opened a support ticket by posting here, so they’ll be along soon to get you fixed up!
