Literally happened between finishing a simple cut job, and the next time I closed the lid, it wouldn’t stop telling me “Lid Open”. The lights started to flicker a bit as well (brighter then dim - went off once then back on), so I don’t know.
I honestly can’t tell if the cable things are loose or not, so pictures!
My machine needs a bit of TLC to make it shine, so sorry about that.

You’ve done what support would ask for, so all you can do is wait.
The fact you have the error and flickering LEDs seems to indicate that cable will need to be replaced.

thanks, eflyguy. Support contacted me today, and basically said what you mentioned about needing a new ribbon. So, they sent me exactly what I needed to purchase and gave me replacement information, and it should be here early next week
