I just received a replacement cable today. Once it was initially installed both sets of LEDS worked. But the lid was saying it was open. After chatting with support I was told to check all connections. Nothing was obviously wrong. Now after reconnecting everything the left side LED doesnt work. I was told the issue has been passed to a “senior tech” person. I’ve lost 4 customers due to this wait and about $400 income. I’ve had my $2500 paperweight for 3 weeks. This is beyond frustrating!
